Farworld by J. Scott Savage

This evening I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon Dorman, who is the very talented illustrator of the Fablehaven series that I reviewed in an earlier post. My daughter just about had a kaniption (how do you spell that anyway?) when she found out she missed meeting him. We only had a few minutes to talk because I was really there to take pictures of my son who was going to senior prom. It was a toss up, pictures of son going to senior prom, talking to Brandon Dorman longer. And would my husband think it odd that instead of pictures of our son I come back with pictures of this younger man all over my SD card. So being the good mother I am, I tore myself away and did take some pictures, of Coty that is (see future post). But as we were talking, my good friend Mr. Dorman and I (I have always wanted to name drop but have never had any cool famous names to drop), he told me of a new book series coming out that I should really take a look at. So here it my friends. . .

It is called "Farworld" by J. Scott Savage. From what I have read he might be giving out free ARC's (advanced reader's copy) to some lucky people. If I get my hands on one, we might even have a contest here to give one away. My understanding is the book is to be released the first part of September but he is doing a tour before hand.
