Designing your own blog

I found some great directions when I was trying to design and figure out how to add style to my blog. This webpage, SHJ Blog Design, is a great blog that gives basic and simple directions on how to add digital artwork to your blog so you can customize it and make it yours. I hope the directions make sense and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
(you can post a question in the comments of this post).

Here are some of my favorite digital scrapbooking websites.

http://www.shabbyprincess.com/ Look in the upper left hand corner to downloads and they have a new kit for each month with paper and embellishments which you can download.

http://www.designerdigitals.com/ You need to register to get the freebies here. But once you do, go to the main page and click gallery at the top. On the next page there will be a link at the top that will take you to freebies that you can download and use.

http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/ Go to the link at the top which says The Place, there will be a drop down menu which has freebies on it. Click on it and then half way down the page will be Freebies Gallery, click on it. You will then be prompted to register, do so. As you scroll down the next page there will forums, choose Page kits and you will see some different kits you can download.

http://www.scrapbookflair.com/ Go to this page and right on the front 2/3 of the way down the page on the left is a box with Free Downloads. Go and explore what they have to offer. You will have to register to download their freebies. There are kits, embellishments, backgrounds and templates.

http://www.blogger.com/www.twopeasinabucket.com Now you can spend forever looking around the website for the free kits, but it always takes me forever. So register and then copy and past this link into your browser http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/shop/list/?f=c_336&c=24 These are really cute kits and one of my favorite websites to get digital freebies from.

http://www.littledreamerdesigns.com/index.html On the first page is Freebies at the top. You will need to register to access these free downloads. There are about 24 kits available.

Can't wait to see some of your creative ideas. But be warned, once you start doing this, it is addictive.
